Security on room poor; small glass panels above doorlock. Any unskilled person could break glass and enter. No security box. Only cold water available on first and last day. Shower head leaking spraying water everywhere. TV and set top box unable to be plugged in, sockets not accepting plugs. Fridge not working."

"Beds are comfy, ac is on 24/7 and so crisp, breakfast is a plethora of tasty noodz/rice/baguettes, location is banging, and the staff are really helpful. The internet is complete trash, better hope you have data cause you’ll be using it."

"The stay was so so, dun just judge the hotel by just looking at its photos. Room are smaller than it shown, cleanliness is good. The window shown was fake as it can open 5cm then touching the wall outside the window, therefore less ventilation in the room. For Malaysian standard travellers, suggest to spend a lil more to have proper hotel if you were to enjoy and gets quality rest after walking so much in the city. Nice bfast they cook for you. But overall not too bad for the price we paid. "

"Hostel is easy to find. Hostel is very neat and tidy. Quiet and safe environment for sleeping at night. Staff is friendly and tried her best to communicate even thought English is not good. We used google translate to help communicate. Overall a good experience."

"The owner had missed the email from Expedia therefore my reservation was not recognized. He apologized to me for no vacant room and introduced another guesthouse which had bedbugs. (I am still suffering from an itch...) I think it is better to confirm if your room is ready or not before you go there. Additionally it is located in very narrow path. You need to be careful to find the sign."
