“酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。”

“Rancho de Lelo Ecolodge is a family owned small lodge, located about 20 minutes from the main area of Monte Verde. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with this charming family. The National Park is only 10-15 minutes drive. The farm to table cuisine was awesome. Highly recommended. ”

“We LOVED our time at Brisas. The grounds are stunning--just sitting and taking it all in is an excellent passtime on its own! The accommodations are very thoughtful, 'rustic comfort' (best A/C we had in CR, ironically, given we also stayed at resorts twive the price and half as lovely!), And the staff are wonderful. Exceptional breakfast (all delicious but the French toast is incredible), and the owner was so thoughtful, taking time to chat every day at breakfast. And to top it all off are the……

“Beautiful location! I have slept in jungles on 2 other continents but Arenal Oasis feels so alive and wild! It’s loud here. Not cars, or traffic but the tree frogs, howler monkeys, chirping insects, song birds. That’s sort of the point of this place, but if you need a quiet environment bring ear plugs to sleep! Wild life was everywhere- including many poisonous species. Our kids, 5 & 8 understood not to touch anything, but I would not recommending kids any younger as the jungle surrounds……

“We loved our stay at the Tree House Hotel and would have loved to stay longer. The Tree House is wonderful and has everything you need. The coffee in the morning is such a great treat. The property is beautiful and walkable and you see a lot of wildlife right there. We loved everything about it!! The best stay in all of Costa Rica for us. The night walks were great and educational too and I was so happy to be able to do it multiple nights and see different things each night. ”

“這次我訂了一個沒浴室及廁所的房間，房間整潔，床也很舒服，唯一問題是通風不好，但因為在山區比較清涼所以可以接受，酒店的大堂有全日咖啡供應，同時服務人員亦會為你解答所有有關附近的旅遊資訊，他們態度友善。早餐有兩種選擇，一是水果乳酪及多士，另一我忘了是什麼，反正味道不太差。 不知道是碰巧定長期問題，我住的期間wifi接收不太好要在接待處用taco taco的。”
