The hostel itself felt very safe though. Great place to stay if you are looking for something cheap near the airport. "

"We loved our stay at the Tree House Hotel and would have loved to stay longer. The Tree House is wonderful and has everything you need. The coffee in the morning is such a great treat. The property is beautiful and walkable and you see a lot of wildlife right there. We loved everything about it!! The best stay in all of Costa Rica for us. The night walks were great and educational too and I was so happy to be able to do it multiple nights and see different things each night. "

"The Hotel was just as it was pictured. The staff and our stay were fantastic. The staff treated us like royalty. The road in front of the hotel was under construction so that was not great, but the staff at the hotel made up for any inconvenience. We will definitely stay again. "

"I loved the room, the breakfast, the pool, the grounds (there were wonderful paths leading to nearby goats that you could see on a neighboring property). There was a sauna and a hot tub but neither was on. There was a sign for yoga but I didn't see any yoga session."

"So this is far from being a hotel... it is a giant party house; 4 floors, 6 bedrooms/bathrooms, living room, pool... etc. However we didn't know there would be no Wi-Fi and no towels provided and no hot water! :( As usual in Costa Rica, for us the location was tricky to find... but we found it. It is in a beautiful location... the pool was very nice after the rain stopped, we couldn't have used the outdoor BBQ/Grill as it looked like it was taken apart.
