“The property is 1,5 km from the ferrylanding, mostly uphill. Without a car you need to walk or pay the taxidriver whatever he asks (5000 colon, which seemed to be a ripoff for this distance). The little cabin is on a closed private hillside property with a nice secluded beach. The proximity of bioluminescence tours are its advantage. There are howlermonkeys and iguanas and birds around the house. The little wooden cabin has an openair kitchen and a privet outside bathroom. They provide good……

“So this is far from being a hotel... it is a giant party house; 4 floors, 6 bedrooms/bathrooms, living room, pool... etc. However we didn't know there would be no Wi-Fi and no towels provided and no hot water! :( As usual in Costa Rica, for us the location was tricky to find... but we found it. It is in a beautiful location... the pool was very nice after the rain stopped, we couldn't have used the outdoor BBQ/Grill as it looked like it was taken apart. “Struttura carina e pulita, personale molto gentile e disponibile, rifanno il letto ogni mattina e ti fanno trovare la tua biancheria lavata e piegata direttamente nella tua stanza, se richiedi il servizio lavanderia. Purtroppo però c'è da sistemare qualcosa tipo la doccia fredda ed il fatto che non si dorme bene, letto con qualche molla troppo esposta, e, nonostante avessimo i tappi alle orecchie, si sentivano cani abbaiare spesso durante la notte ma soprattutto rumorosissimi tonfi sul tetto di……

“El call center es una porquería, nos ofrecieron desayuno incluido en la tarifa y al estar en el hotel no querían darnos, desde las 7am hasta las 10am estuvimos discutiendo con ellos por esta razón, nunca nos quiso atender el supervisor, las empleadas no quisieron ayudarnos, tuvimos que enojarnos y amenazarlos con una denuncia ”
