“Overall is good , the r room is spacious and the bed sheet is clean, only found some hair attached with the hair dryer and the shower head not easy to handle, I need to ask the staffs to help, staff is helpful and quick response. Breakfast is good.”

“The smell of the room is very bad. No hair dryer in the room nor the front desk.And my room key is invalid everyday. Base on the room rate, it should be better.”

“The room smells bad. There are cockroaches on the table. There are stains on the carpet. The air conditioner is too loud. The vents are filthy, full of dust. The shower switch is old, difficult to operate, and the water temperature is extremely cold. Breakfast is so simple, it is basically a perfunctory customer. The accommodation is very poor”

“Sheets and towels were not clean. Toilets are easy to clog. When the toilet was blocked and we asked for repairs or room changes, the front desk clerk (he looked Indian) was not good at English and needed someone to help translate.”

“Worth the money. Hayward is around 1 hour from SF by driving, this hotel gotta a very good place and service.”

“The room is clean but it is very small compare to other Inn hotel. The bathroom also very very very small. All the front desk staffs are very friends and able to help except the breakfast staff who stand there watching you having breakfast. Hotel facility is very old and you can listen the up stair room walk around. The location is close to the high way. So, it is very noise noise noise. ”

“Sunday morning I requested Housekeeping service with the young lady at the front desk who helped me rebook 1 more night. I even saw the housekeeping lady personally asked her during housekeeping to please make sure she left me 4 bath towels instead of 2. And unfortunately didn't get them and left old wash cloths in the tub which means they didn't even clean the tub. But will give it another shot as it was the first time there. Breakfast was great but could use 2 people attending the breakfast……
