“This is the second time I live here. This time my room is next to an alley that you can hear people talking outside. It is a bit noisy compare to my first stay. The good side is the room and bathroom are still clean. A nice place to stay with a resonable price.”

“環境比較嘈，街外車聲人聲火車聲，夏季需要開窗是避唔開的。床無咁好瞓。Check-in時，職員會詳細口述前往房間的方法，但有張地圖指示會好啲，年長啲嘅最好選擇其他。”

“It is a moderate college/university housing facility with a lovely garden where one can recall his/her college moments. The facility is close to Holyrood park, but a bit far from city centre, which means it’s not convenient to dine or shop around. The reception and room cleanliness is ok, yet the breakfast is a plus to the whole staying experience. If you are looking for fair, reasonably-priced stays, you can choose it.”

“The service is good, even late check in time. The cleaning is good, the room does not smell bad or dusty. There is enough private space for each people. The location is good, walking distance to most tourist spot.”

“櫃台人員蠻好的，很熱心，可以提前寄放行李，不過CHECK OUT之後行李只能放一天，當天需取走，整體還可以，不過浴室共用，出水的地方要一直用手壓著，有點像在當兵...”

“Nice location for me for a visit to Arthur's seat through Holyrood park Rd. The room is warm and cozy consider the price. Still, it could be better if they are able to store my luggage.”

“well placed for staying near the beach great sized bed ( room 2) and overall a good stay disappointing at breakfast - people who arrived after me got served first and while it was a busy breakfast with everyone arriving at the same time - the kitchen couldn't cope and in fact i had to leave without breakfast ( even though i'd paid for it) as they food took more than 25 mins to come out - and i don't know how long t would have taken”
