“We Found someone’s food leftover in the fridge which is really disgusting and then the staff come in without any apology, after cleanup, we said thank you but she didn’t say anything really no manners at all and left”

“Pilot Cove was AMAZING!! Wow! A thoughtfully designed "neighborhood" like area. The homes were positioned so that you have beautiful views and privacy as they are not right on top of one another. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, glassware and utensils. I missed the email with entry instructions; Collin answered my call immediately and quickly shared access informations! We will be back!!!! ”

“Cabin was great the heaters were hard to manage (we’re from Florida so it’s on us!) but everything else was fine. The fan in the bathroom rattles a good bit but other than that it was clean and comfy. ”

“The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to all of Highlands. Our room was very nice and we loved our fireplace. We didn't get to use the amenities due to COVID restrictions/NC Curfew but will stay here again and can't wait to enjoy them then!”
