“地點在機場旁，有接駁機車，一大早房務清潔人員會推著清潔車在走廊大聲講話把大家都吵起來，有附早餐但很簡陋，沒有什麼可以吃的。”

“Amazing stay. I have no negative review or concern. Amazing staff and hotel. Wish more amenties in the room like coffee maker or a kettle or microwave rather than go downstairs but still was a beautiful stay. Good breakfast as well. I also had to cancel one night due to a family emergency and was refunded back. Parking is limited and safe at a gated environment at the back of the hotel. If i had to come back to the bronx, this will be my hotel. ”

“We stayed at this hotel on May 22nd and 23rd Room was clean and comfortable ! Little smell of cigarettes in a room but overall was good experience Breakfast was good too! ”

“You guys need to put microwaves in the rooms. Also, my fridge never cooled my drinks. It's like it was broken!”

“Bath tub is a bit small and the internet is pretty unstable. You'd better have your own internet. The rest is all awesome. The location is great. Only 10-15 mins walk to Time Square and theatres. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I checked in on Apr 19 and the room unfortunately had a strong smoking smell, however the gentleman at the front desk helped me changed to another room immediately. I'd love to come back again.”

“THIS IS MY GO TO HOTEL WHEN I WORK IN THE AREA WHICH IS ABOUT 7 0R 8 TIMES A YEAR. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS HOTEL ABOUT 10 YEARS AND LIKE IT VERY MUCH. IT IS CLEAN, QUIET& COMFORTABLE. THE DESK STAFF KNOWS ME SOMEWHAT SO IT'S NICE WHEN I ARRIVE TO BE ADDRESSED BY NAME. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ALL THIS IS WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK. ”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. My room was updated and also very clean. I took my kids there so that they could use the pool. My kids enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not appealing was that I could hear other people from in the hallways. The door was thin and could hear a lot of noise from hallway and other people’s rooms. Otherwise, we had a good experience! ”
