“I loved Valle Escondido Nature Reserve Hotel & Farm. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and had great amenities. The walks around the farm and surrounding area were beautiful. The staff and food were great. I also recommend the guided night tour.”

“Rancho de Lelo Ecolodge is a family owned small lodge, located about 20 minutes from the main area of Monte Verde. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with this charming family. The National Park is only 10-15 minutes drive. The farm to table cuisine was awesome. Highly recommended. ”

“Rooms are cabin like. No air conditioning or pool but evenings were cooler. Lots of different tours and shopping experiences. Hard to park in town but found a good restaurant with a parking lot. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable ”

“Nice views from hill top. Away from town but close enough Friendly staff. Unpaved road leading into property with steep climb. Cottages need upgrading everything from furniture to bathroom and toilet. Linen and towels musty.”

“We absolutely LOVED this place! My kids said it’s hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed. The treehouse is magical, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff super friendly and helpful, the kitchen perfectly appointed. I couldn’t speak higher of this perfect spot. Even walkable to town (sidewalk the whole way) although a bit far with young kids. And the local store just around the corner had everything we needed. The trail around the property we walked multiple times and all enjoyed.……

“El call center es una porquería, nos ofrecieron desayuno incluido en la tarifa y al estar en el hotel no querían darnos, desde las 7am hasta las 10am estuvimos discutiendo con ellos por esta razón, nunca nos quiso atender el supervisor, las empleadas no quisieron ayudarnos, tuvimos que enojarnos y amenazarlos con una denuncia ”

“The owners were lovely and gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom cabin which was ideal for us with 2 young children. It had a well equipt kitchen. We did have a few ants coming in but when we told the owner they came down to spray the cabin. Great having a pool at the property for unwinding after a busy day in nature. The town was a 5 minute drive and it was really easy and cheap to get taxis there. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“ I’m very picky about cleanliness so I chose this cabin because I could see while blankets & towels in the pictures & they didn’t disappoint me! All was perfectly clean & organized The mattress & pillows were very comfortable. Someone said it was hard to locate the place but just following Waze or Google maps we made it to their parking with no problem. The cabins are very separated from each other so you have lot of privacy. Peaceful balcony & very convenient for my husband who smokes. *No……

“Our stay in Greemount was great. The property located a bit out of the city that makes the area more quiet. The room was spacious ,very clean and with comfortable beds. It had a functional fan and we absolutely didn't need AC nor teh fan as the area doesn't get too warm. The property is family owned and it is very cute and well maintained. The room we had was better than the images. There is a small sitting area inside and one outside that we enjoyed a lot using them. The kitchen is a great plus……
