"Staff were brilliant. Friendly and helpful. Complimentary pastries, coffee and juices. Room was an experience as first time in a capsule/cabin room. Very small but has everything you need. Bed is hard to deal with if claustrophobic. Shower room is great. For a single traveller absolutely spot on. Bit of a walk to trams and at the quiet end of a student area are the only negatives i could find."

"One particular staff (mexican guy, sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly and always eager to help. The others were not that bothered to be friendly or help. Unfortunately there was a mistake on their part with the laundry booking and the hotel did not do anything to accommodate and we had to leave the hotel without sorting it out."
