“With this price, this convenient location in downtown and trendy renovation, it is a good value of money. It does not have AC but having the fan on the ceiling, it’s good coz SF can be quite windy at times. With cable car terminal, restaurant, Macy’s and LV on the same street makes it very convenient. I took the cable car to the Pier 39 and I did enjoy it very much. There is a ramen place at the corner, which is very good. I went there twice in three days.”

“Wi-Fi signal is very weak. Very few tissue paper left in the room. Barely no charging point that can be used for charging cell phones and other devices.”

“I had a one-night stay for an appointment in San Francisco and for that one night this place was fine. There is a group of people living right outside the entrence and I was told I shouldn’t leave the premises on foot. I had dinner delivered via UberEats as there isn’t food on site. The room was comfortable and I was exhausted so I slept fine despite street noise. Shuttle transportation to/from airport was great and much appreciated! I would likely pick a different place to stay if returning to……

“very close to SFO. nice place for a basic travel, free and easy for parking. IHOP 7×24 just beside, a chick fil A and pizza hut just crossing the road.”

“It was not time to check out yet, but the cleaning lady knocked on the door several times and opened my door herself, even though we were still in the room. I felt very uncomfortable and was scared.”

“When I arrived art around 10pm, all sorts are locked and there was nobody around, totally not able to check in, I suspected that the hotel is out of business?”

“Overall is good , the r room is spacious and the bed sheet is clean, only found some hair attached with the hair dryer and the shower head not easy to handle, I need to ask the staffs to help, staff is helpful and quick response. Breakfast is good.”

“The location of the hotel is safe and convenient; staff is generally helpful and nice. Just the noise from traffic outside may make you upset sometimes. ”

“This hotel is definitely for a younger crowd. They have a great bar and lively atmosphere but the rooms are dorm sized. The front desk staff are very friendly and the Armand with security was amazing. ”
