“This hotel was a lifesaver for my family after a fast moving storm hit Houston and knocked out power for almost 1million customers. Once the temps hit 90degrees the house was unbearable and we headed to this lifesaver. Not only did they welcome us with open arms at amazing prices but also our furry family member was welcome without the outrageous fees others hotels were charging. The room was SPOTLESS, the sheets were CLEAN and the room was COLD. Thank you for opening your doors to us.”

“Okay hotel for the price. This is one of the few hotels in the SW Houston area that has discounted weekly rates. One night there was an issue with no power to part of my room but upon notifying management is was resolved in a timely manner. No housekeeping service unless requested which is fine with me, but some may want or need it. I just request new towels etc. and it is provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those on a tight budget. ”

“It was the worst experience in my life in a hotel rats roaches disgusting I should be refunded for my stay there I walked into the hotel room sat down on the bed roach at the roach rat I didn't even stay there one night I booked it for five nights walked out maybe 10 minutes later from that place no I don't recommend this place to anyone and that place should be closed down”
