"The hotel is about a mile outside of downtown Lancaster with a lovely view of the mountains behind the property. The interior looked a bit shabby and the dark color scheme made it feel old. Most of that is cosmetic though. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grip bar in the bathtub was missing, but everything was in good shape otherwise. The fitness room was surprisingly large and well equipped (although the carpet and floor mats have seen better days). Staff were friendly and professional....

"Very easy to get to and the scenery was breathtaking unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was extremely clean unlike other places we’ve stayed. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area"

"The rooms were super clean but the bathroom fan didn’t work one of the bathroom lights was out. If you were staying just to sleep and go this is a good place to stay. "

"Very clean old school White Mountains motel and cabins right next to Pemi River. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Seating and fire pit on riverside behind hotel. Close to Lincoln and Woodstock, Franconia Notch, and Flume Gorge. "

"Roger is hands down, one of the best people I've ever met. Always with a smile on his face and eager to make your stay the best if can be. This is my go to hotel when I stay in the White Mountains. "

"Ithe only issue I had was the remote to the TV did not work. I called he said ten mins,ten mins turned into a hour. They finally called my room to tell me the maintenance was not answering and I had to change the TV by pushing the channel button on the TV. "
