"The room seemed to be outdated and the smell of the room was not very pleasant or inviting due to the cleaning products trying to cover up the damp and very well used room.It almost reminded me of a basement apartment.The shower water pressure wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t the worst thing.The problem was the drain seemed to be clogged and left standing water in the tub. "The woman who checked us in was very rude. We love staying at your hotel and I requested a room with a balcony. This was the second time that my request was not acknowledged but after some heated exchanges the lady finally gave me a room with a balcony. The room had a leaking commode and I tried to report it but the clerk spoke such broken English that it was hard for her to understand what i was trying to tell her. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel because of its location...
