“Amazing stay. I have no negative review or concern. Amazing staff and hotel. Wish more amenties in the room like coffee maker or a kettle or microwave rather than go downstairs but still was a beautiful stay. Good breakfast as well. I also had to cancel one night due to a family emergency and was refunded back. Parking is limited and safe at a gated environment at the back of the hotel. If i had to come back to the bronx, this will be my hotel. ”

“Bath tub is a bit small and the internet is pretty unstable. You'd better have your own internet. The rest is all awesome. The location is great. Only 10-15 mins walk to Time Square and theatres. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I checked in on Apr 19 and the room unfortunately had a strong smoking smell, however the gentleman at the front desk helped me changed to another room immediately. I'd love to come back again.”

“The air conditioner starts every half an hour, it's very noisy throughout the night, there is only one elevator, it takes more than ten minutes, there are fleas on the bed,the staff service is not bad”

“The room we stayed in was not as advertised and couldn’t use Shower during our stay cause it never worked properly ”
