“Except for Sunday breakfast where there seems to be slow top up of food , plates etc and low number of service crews, other days are quite aoK ”

“第一天入住，冷氣机很吵，投诉也不可换房，整晚没睡，第二晚11点回房开冷氣也很吵，忍無可忍，投诉后有工人来修理说不可修好，才答應换房，但找了几间房都还未清理，等到12点多可找到房间，第三天我们11点离开至下午6点回房还未执房，又打电话投訴，才有工人来，我住酒店的次数也很多，從未试过如此，以后不会再進住此酒店！”

“房間很寬闊，早餐選擇不多！入房內不夠十分鐘跳電兩次，要求换房間還是不換，結果第三次跳電再度要求才換給我們，不過防盜門鎖是壞的！大堂很大，有免費停車，房間整潔但有點舊。”

“老房很美~古色古香，地理位置超好，房間舒適，有飲水機，服務人員態度很友善!”

“I liked the pool, the small cafe and the grocery shop at the residence. The property was clean and spacious. ”

“Dishonest hotel - it's our fault for accidentally leaving money (in red packet for CNY) in the room, but it is really disappointing that the staff denied everything without further investigation. We are 100% sure that we left the red packet in the room, our Malaysian friend helped to call multiple times, however the reception claimed that they did not find anything in the room which is totally nonsense. Please consider twice if you wish to stay in the hotel with such dishonest behavior.”

“I overnight in this (ELMARK HOTEL MELAKA) for 2 nights. The second night was a nightmare to me. I'm so disappointed due to the electrical door lock spoilt, and i can't acess it. I have to wait more than 12 hours and there is no proper arrangements for me (my belongings are inside my room). The hotel staff told me about the master key with the hotel owner, and he is in another state now. I called the hotel owner, he didn't fix the issue on the spot..He asked me to wait him for another day to open……

“超差……千萬不要去，我們一家15人入住此resort兩晚，完全好似住緊鬼屋。我是看旅遊書介紹，看到有water park, safari park, 牛仔城等很多設施，所以book了兩晚. 臨出發前三日，我到他們的網站看看要不要先預訂一些門票，點知見到通告water park臨時維修唔開，我們已非常失望。去到check in, 又比左兩間荒廢左既公寓房我地，搞左好耐，我地話要轉apartment, 最後轉返兩間比我地，但我唔明囉，成個度假村好似無人咁，仲要比頭尾房我地，廁所燈壞，床單面勁多塵，冷氣壞，廁所冲唔到……打去reception好耐都無人聽，當晚捱一晚，第二朝起身去接待處同佢地講，跟住我地打算去玩高卡車，原路經過看見很多設施好像荒廢的，無人玩，我地最後在此廢城什麼都沒有玩……”
