“Had no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I went to go get some from the front desk I had to wait forever before anyone came to the desk. The shower had water and soap left in the soap dish. The room was a nice room we have stayed here before and enjoyed it. We understand things happen people are human and they make mistakes we will be back”

“We like Drury properties very much. This particular one is under going renovations. There is a lot of construction equipment and materials in the parking lot. They take up a lot of space. This particular room seemed quite a bit smaller than we usually get. Kind of cramped. Love the walk-in shower, bathroom was quite nice. Advice to hotels in general, go with walk-in showers. No one takes baths anymore. They are safer too. Great hotel, will be back next time we pass through here.”

“Didn't clean the room at first night, then we told them we need room service at the second day morning and they didn't clean the room again. Then they just come into the room when we stay in the room.”

“We had a great stay here only problem I seen was minus plugs for phones. But other than that it was awesome ”

“The hotel was very convenient to the places I needed to go. A car is recommended to get to dining. Bring facial soap. There is a train that runs through downtown Springfield that runs the horns at night. Any hotel downtown can likely hear it. The breakfast at the hotel was really delicious.”
