“The staff is nice and helpful, the bed is big and comfortable. But i am not used to be the air freshener. Overall is good.”

“此飯店地理位置非常方便搭車到各處遊玩，且房間安靜，但是住宿三天裡面有兩天電梯故障，必須一直上下爬六樓，非常不方便，要求換低樓層房間卻沒有可以更換，所以非常困擾”

“Location is good. The hotel seems a bit "old" and some areas are not clean. The toilet cover was damaged. The thing worried me most was that I needed to request daily room cleaning services (it is not default), otherwise they would not come to clean the room.”

“I particularly searched for car park but they don’t have one, don’t get deceived by it’s name it’s not close to airport, there are flea on bed, makes us itchy overnight ,very unpleasant stay. Air con doesn’t work, and it’s not just bad in soundproof, it is insanely horrible I can even hear the guy in the next room sleep talking ! ”

“Location is most convenient, just opp to Westfield Mall & 5 min walk to train station. The room is of good size with all necessary facilities. We stayed there for near 10 days in between our trip to Tasmania. It will even be better if it can provide some promotional offers ie complimentary breakfast or room upgrade for customers staying there for so many nights like us in future. ”

“轉乘輕軌再步行約十分鐘即可到達,位於在China town附近,距離中央車站及熱鬧的街道很近,周遭有小酒館,附近有許多餐廳。但是煮水壺吧檯設計在衣櫃內,取用熱水或加熱時有點危險顧慮”

“Was really astonished that standard room could be so narrow! Even not able to open my suitcase! Anyway room was clean and location was good. Although very close to highway, we were not annoyed by the traffic noise.”

“best location with easy access to everywhere. walking distance to the city, central station and the light rail. very safe and comfy stay. love the decor and theme of the hotel and room.”

“酒店入口不明確、電梯常常不能工作、樓下是酒吧、聲浪很大、但地點很方便、只欠缺酒店入口的指示、在酒店門口找不到入口、要四圍問人、太其怪了。”
