“Plus: very well situated, close to two Tube stations. Tesco is opposite the building, plenty of cafes. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Very friendly service. Minus: Room is tiny. Cleaning of room only from 3rd night and we stayed 2nights. But can get fresh towels. Outside environment is a 3. ”

“There were few people waiting for their room keys to be fixed when we checked in, when we tried to enter the room, the lock doesn't work too so we also have to wait for technician to fix it. The room's not clean, hair on the floor, stain on the bed sheet, bathroom door is broken which could the be closed properly. The safe didn't work. There's no wifi for the whole journey, they promised they would fix it but obviously they didn't do anything. The morning-shift staff said they'll do it in the……

“We stayed there for 5 nights. Unlike other hotels, we were informed that the duvet cover will only be changed every two days. However, they never changed it for you and emptied the bin even it was full. The cover had a clear footprint on it. Cleanliness is really a serious issue and should draw the management's attention.”

“Location is very good, just 5 minutes walk to Bayswater subway station. A lot of choices for dinning close by the hotel. Major problem is no air conditioning in the room. It is extremely hot when stay in the hotel room during summer time.”

“Poor X 1000s，整體質素勁差劣，房間細小不要緊，但是十分破舊，污糟邋遢，掀起床冚床單上佈滿頭髮垃圾紙碎污跡，要求替換，只是取走床單，沒有再鋪上新的，有虱，連櫈都沒有一張，工作枱放了水壺茶杯也沒多地方可做工作枱面，行李喼要放床上，企缸極其狹窄，肥胖客人一定關不上門，洗手盤佈滿塵埃。住了5天沒有清潔過房間。 唯一可取是方便，近火車站。 整體是萬分差勁，不會介紹給朋友，只會提醒他們不要訂這間酒店。 不可能屬3星酒店，質素只可作時鐘酒店。😬”

“訂房另付費購買了早餐,但職員稱廚房正在裝修,所以沒有基本熱食早餐！只有麵包、芝士、火腿、果汁、啡茶！ 唯一房子算是比較寬敞.”
