“When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! ”

“Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( ”

“The property is beautiful. It is well kept and has a very interesting motif. Same is true for the rooms. It was quite busy upon my arrival, and with only 2 clerks, it took a while to check in. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I wish they had an airport shuttle. It would have made my life a lot easier. ”

“入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！”

“We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room was so nice and very cozy. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with many options. Walking distance to park isn't terrible, it was about 15-20 minutes for us depending on if we caught lights. Lots of places to eat at nearby and 24 hour Walgreens next door to shop at for any small things you may need. Full kitchen was very helpful for our family for the length of time we stayed. Didn't get to use the pool, as it was the weather was too cold when we went……
