"Had a problem checking in (new employee) after 24 hours in and out of airports just wanted to rest. No car to meet me at airport as ordered from hotel, tired and also angry by now!!! Got overcharged by taxi. Now after a very bad start of my stay in early May till early June, I fell in love with the hotel. The housekeeper is very kind and does an outstanding job. "Location and easy to get around..."

"This property is in a good location of District 1. Easy to walk anywhere. There are restaurants close by and shopping. The room was fine but mine had no windows which was odd. The shower is interesting as it’s a hand held but at full power would spray the entire bathroom. You have to adjust it and it’s tricky. They cleaned the room every day and supplied fresh coffee and waters. "

"I stayed for three nights. I was on the 8th floor in a good sized room. I found the bedding and aircon excellent.I slept very well. The shower is over the bath tub and the bathroom spacious. The hotel staff I met were all excellent especially Boo in reception he helped me with several things including check in for next flight. The cleaning staff do a great job, the hotel is very clean.
