"Had no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I went to go get some from the front desk I had to wait forever before anyone came to the desk. The shower had water and soap left in the soap dish. The room was a nice room we have stayed here before and enjoyed it. We understand things happen people are human and they make mistakes we will be back"

"I have stayed here before and I will again. My grandson enjoyed the pool. We both enjoyed the view and the sunsets from the 26th floor. Comfy bed. Clean room. Bring a fan if you like a cooler temp for sleeping. Katrina at the front dest is an angel. Starbucks is in the lobby. So many Lincoln activities to walk to. Also walk to shops and eateries."

"Property is a "classic" "old" B&B with creaky floors and things that don't always work, but the charm and location and service are First Class. Friendly and helpful staff! Great homemade breakfasts and free wine and cheese at Happy Hour! Definitely the place to stay in Springfield if you want the "old time charm and feel" of "Abe's Town"!!"

"This is in a beautiful old home that is well maintained. The manager on duty was friendly and efficient. The house was very quiet and the very comfortable. Our biggest issues were parking...no off street lot and breakfast was served later which may be typical of a b&b. This was our first experience in one."

"We reserved a nonsmoking room and they put us in a smoking room. Thankfully they switched us the next day. Our new room was comfortable but there was mold in the bathroom and noticeable water damage throughout the room. Beautiful property and affordable prices but I will not stay there again. The staff was pleasant other than the young gentleman at the front desk."
