“前台给了我错误的房间。我预订的是380英尺的房子。他给我的应该是288小的那种。空调奇怪的吹了一晚上冷风我现在和妻子都感冒了。我惊呆了。100块住了这样的酒店。早餐是很好的，负责早餐区域清洁人员是很努力的不停的在清洁。”

“The room and the lobby very clean, super comfy bed. The space design of the room amazing. Very good breakfast, nice pool. I love it. Nice location close to the mall. ”

“The king room was wonderful!!! The jetted tub is a must,when you work as hard as I do!!! Barbara from front desk was a Gem, easy check in!!! For its location in Spring Lake, nc it was quiet and relaxing!!! My retreat was much needed and Spring Lake Hotel proved it!!! This will definitely be a place that i will return!!!”

“Second stay with family, specious, clean, and friendly staff. We enjoyed the indoor pool this time and the location restaurants near by which was convenient. We will be staying again in the near future.”

“Everyone was friendly and had smiles on their faces when I saw them. They all greeted me friendly and offered their assistance.”

“From the first phone call to check-in before I got there and everything in between was wonderful!! Kimberly at the front desk is a treasure! I needed more towels, no problem! I had a question about where to eat - a full list was made available, we drove down from Boston and wanted to see if we could get in our room earlier - no problem! Room was clean, cool and smelled fresh! Continental breakfast was available with fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and their staff was all smiles! Overall great……

“The house has very nice accomodations. The place was clean and as described. The only complaine i have are the matresses in the bedrooms on the second floor were not comfortable. Other than that a very nice house.”
