“退房時要求再支付總共40歐元的稅，我預訂時已繳付了稅項，但酒店説不夠。最終又再支付了總共40歐元（共5晚）的稅。 這點事先一直聼說過，讓人非常不爽”

“Al lugar le falta mantenimiento. Más allá de eso, me pareció bien el precio y que incluya el desayuno. ”

“服務良好，更換燈膽及維修洗手盆排水問題能立即解決。 唯有沐浴花洒設施太弱，是我在意大利旅程中最差之一，像標榜意大利人不愛沐浴習慣。”

“地點冬近火車站，方便。房間空調最令人不滿意，安排的第一個房間的空調非常噪吵，相信難以入睡，安排換了另一間，但空調很弱，開了一個小時也不涼，技工來看過也沒辦法處理。另外，房間通風也欠佳，洗手間有一股味道，房內床上更好像有蚤咬”

“Close to the train station, 10-15mins walk. The hotel officers are very nice. The hotel room is small, but clean and tidy enough. The breakfast provided is normal, though not too many choices, it is acceptable for the hotel price we pay”

“這次住宿的是四樓的房間，大小部分是可接受的，但天花板的斜面總是一不注意就會撞到，有點惱人。浴室淋浴的水很小，淋浴間地板很滑需要特別小心。除此之外，服務人員服務態度很好，地點離車站很近很方便。附近有間越南餐館味道不錯，很適合吃膩義大利菜的亞洲人。”

“Struttura molto grande, le camere e i bagni sono da rinnovare. Ambiente pulito e confortevole, comoda la zona con i divanetti per poter lavorare. Colazione molto buona. ”

“Het hotel was uitstekend , service was heel goed. Elke dag werd de kamer gepoetst en alles ververst. Het ontbijt was typisch Italiaans , was goed maar niet onze stijl . Het enigste minpunt was de afstand tot het centrum maar dat wisten we.Vervoer vlakbij het hotel. Het hotel is een aanrader 8,5/10”

“very close to the airport and Luigi (the driver) who drove us from the airport to the hotel was extremely nice and friendly. The night receptionist (man) was a bit rude and rushing us when we asked to many questions. Internet worked. Great breakfast. the rooms were clean but a bit small. We thought that since the location is a bit close to the airport and it would be very loud at night, but in fact, the flights are not active and was very quiet”

“這間旅館規定，只要出門，房門鑰匙要交給櫃檯再離開。 ———————————————————————————————————— 狀況一： 1月30日晚上，當我們夫妻倆在房間休息、聊天時，響起敲門聲，我老婆回了一聲，但房門馬上被打開（五秒內） 門口站著一位女性員工，她說因為外面下雨，所以要進來看看窗戶有沒有關好...... 這真是令人傻眼！ 幸好因為天冷，所以我們夫妻身上還穿著貼身的衛生衣褲，……
