“Location is convenient, many shops and restaurants are nearby. The parking is a problem, and not easy to access the hotel by car. Although hotel provided the valet parking service, but we arrived on Friday evening, it’s very impossible to enter the crowded streets. And we have to park at a garage which was about 1km away from the hotel.”

“Luxury feeling .”

“The hotel is close to the city centre and basically very convenient to everywhere of the town. The room is modern and clean. It is particularly good that a street at the back door (?) of the hotel has lots of small bars and restaurants at night, where we never need to trouble for food. I arrive Granada at the ALSA bus station, and I suggest to go to this hotel by taxi. It costs less than 10 euros, and it may not be directly accessible via bus. ”

“酒店装饰非常特别，只是位置非常特别，车开不到门口，需要爬一段台阶，如果腿脚不便的非常艰难，特别是拖着箱子的时候。酒店好像也没有意愿帮忙提箱子。 另外，台阶下来后是条小路，那天有活动，整条路全部堵住，别说车，人都不能行走，如果赶火车或飞机就惨了。但是酒店没有任何的告知。这个特别希望酒店能改进。误了火车飞机，就麻烦了。特别是阿尔罕布拉宫也有时间约定的。幸好，我们那天订的是晚上6:30的。”

“Strongly not recommend this hotel. Facilities are not well maintained, especially the shower, very dirty. Charge 150 euro for 2 night but no free water lol. AND it’s super noisy at night! Even you closed the window! The worst stay of my trip honestly. ”

“Staff are very nice, the room is very confortable, and had great view. It is in great location, easily to reach anywhere. And areobus stop is nearby. Super convenient! I will definity choose this hotel next time I visit Granada! :)”

“提早抵達，大概11點，飯店人員很親切讓我們先入住，離開時也很熱情的詢問是否要協助叫計程車或是協助公車指引，非常友善。一入住時也透過地圖直接讓我們更認識這個城市與區域，飯店所在的那條街就是tapas有名的街，可以看到很多人聚集在這小酌吃tapas，但夜間並不會感到吵雜，非常好的地點”

“很不錯，但下面有很多餐館，比較吵，大窗戶面對餐館，因此整天整夜無法開窗。”

“交通方便，可步行至乘34，32等巴士站，早餐€8，抵食。但無熱水煲。”

“地點好，客服也好，不過清潔度一般，漱口杯還沾有牙膏的...隔音一般，有電梯，但又送番樓梯級要係搬行李...奇怪”

“Location is not so great neither is the breakfast. need about 10 min walk to the city center.”

“Hotel muy bien ubicado con el metro a media hora de Granada. Habitación muy limpia y confortable. Si vuelvo a Granada repetiré alojamiento ”

“The "suits" had an average size. The cleaning was shocking. There were a lot of hairs in the shower when we arrived and they don't clean,change the towels or empty the bin unless you ask. Location is good”
