“The location was perfect, family trip to mall of America, parked and never needed to get back in the car, short walk to and from the mall. The staff was great, hotel in general was great. Breakfast is just par, nothing to write home about, and the bathrooms in the rooms were a little shabby. but the room itself was spacious and well cleaned. ”

“Stay was great. Checkin went smooth, am front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms are smaller then they appear online. But still nice. Pm front desk not so friendly. The Pull out only comes with one pillow, called front desk and asked for another and when i said ok great, thank you! the lady just hung up on me.”

“Staff was excellent, the facility was quiet, and room rates were very reasonable. Pool and hot tub amenities were very nice and parking was really easy. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area.”

“Our stay was very comfortable. We had a bad first night due to stomping/running/jumping above us at 5AM. Luckily, it didn’t happen any other night. Breakfast was perfect for us. That was a big bonus.”

“Everything was great. Ashley at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating when we checked in. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Shuttle to The Mall of America was a bonus. We were only in town one night, but would definitely stay here again. Overall, everything you would need or want in a hotel for a decent price. ”

“Rooms were spacious, clean, and sound proof. Breakfast options were hot and fresh and staff were friendly and professional. I think its unrealistic to have to pay $10/day for parking when it is just the top portion of the parking garage for the outlet and it's free. I brought my 2 service dogs with me for over 5 days and was charged, thats not usually the case when I bring them so not sure if they understand ADA laws. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like someone threw up and they tried to spray……
