“6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。”

“Wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first time staying in Cincinnati, but I was pleased with the hotel, staff, and the room. Parking was easy and plenty of local eats were very close to the hotel. I would stay here again next time we are in town. ”

“Love the suite style for our family trip (couple+kid+Grandma), spacious. The lift is slow. Nice breakfast area but the replenish speed was a bit slow on memorial Day Monday and the following day. Don't even have forks or butter for the second half of the session. ”

“Didn’t think the cigarette smoke would bother me as much as it did. There is no smoking in the hotel but people still did and it was pretty thick in the elevator. Room was comfortable and staff was very friendly. Would definitely go again. ”

“This was a beautiful property, as an ex newspaper man, especially so, the staff was wonderfully , The employees were well above and beyond expectation, but it is a Hilton after all so we should’ve been great. The breakfast were wonderful. We have an upcoming stay in Cincinnati and we will be back there. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful property to stay in Cincinnati. Thank you so much. ”

“Perfect location for a night out in Cincinnati. Walked to the restaurants and bars at The Banks. Easy access to hotel, efficient valet parking, comfortable room. ”

“So the property is in a good location But room 315 is terrible. View is the ac condensers running all the time. Good if you are deaf. But the free cocktails are good and the burgers were good. Thankfully just one night listening to a condenser motor all night. Nice staff. Just refuse 315 ”

“The signs for the hotel ( courtyard Marriott) were not visible from Vine street so we went right past the hotel and it’s so close to the Westin people get it confused with the Marriott. Upgrade the signage on 4th and vine and make the parking situation with valet only apparent when you make the reservation ”
