"Airport shuttle services were EXCELLENT! on arrival, it was close to midnight but when I called, they came to pick us up promptly. To go to ORD, also they made the shuttle service upon request and it was arranged promptly according to my schedule."

The second time the big light fixture in the corner was broken as well as part of the fridge. The pool area had a lot of gum stuck around on the floor. The lobby and room was clean and it was quiet for the most part. They also charge an extra $20 just to use the parking lot. "
