“Room is average. However, I was disappointed with their shuttle bus service. They asked me to request the shuttle bus after I arrived at the airport which should arrive in 15 mins. I did accordingly. However, the bus did not come. I called 3 times to confirm their bus was coming to pick up but ended up with me waiting for the bus for 45 mins in the cold winds. Finally, I took a taxi. Terrible. ”

“Room light insufficient. Staff polite and friendly. Carpet at corridor seems dirty. Will not choose it again as the general feeling is not good.”

“整體很好,如能改善以下的就更好：1.沒有洗衣設備,對住上六天以上的客人極為不方便.2.我住上一星期,早餐的食物,天天如是,最好間中作小小改動,如加些生果如香蕉之類,香腸隔日改為ham or bacon.3.廚房無煮食器具,又無刀义.得物無所用. 4.餐房的桌子,很多時有污點茶漬,從未見服務員在客人離去後,稍作清潔.”
