“I pick the hotel for all my visits to Illinois because of the nice clean facilities and excellent customer service you get when you enter. They always ask if you need any help with anything, they always greet you with a smile, the breakfast is always nice and available for you. The best hotel ever!”

“I am grateful we could be accommodated given the last minute booking after our original hotel canceled at the last minute. Bed is too soft for my liking. Room was adequate and we were able to get extra towels very quickly. If you need anything else, you have to go get it yourself. We needed paper cups/ plates and we were told to come down to get it. Breakfast was good but the menu could be expanded, especially for kids. Great shower. ”

“Hotel was great small glitch with cleaning room stayed for two nights. After the first night asked room to be resupplied toiletries and towels. I had to take trash and ask for set of towels. A little irritating rooms are not cheap so was expecting more”
