“As usual, everything about our stay at the Drury Plaza was excellent. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The free breakfast and afternoon happy hour are always awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.”

“We had some maintenance issues but the front desk had maintenance up to work on this with in 5 minutes. The evening desk staff were ever patient with helping another guest that needed accommodations. Unfortunately the hot tub broke just days before our stay but the pool was open and was very clean. The hotel was fully booked with a school trip and the baseball game guest but just a short wait for breakfast is nothing while sipping a free mimosa. ”

“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“Elevator not quick when there’s a crowd ”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.”

“Everything was good but room had the smallest bathroom. It was so small that the door had to open out into the hotel room. Breakfast was very good. ”

“It was the first time we ever stayed at a drury inn. Some nice surprises with the happy hour. The food was pretty good.”

“We enjoyed the hotel atmosphere. Rooms are unique and different than any other ive been in before. Hotel staff were very nice, but not completely knowledgeable about hotel info. No parking onsight, and costs an additional $25 per day to park in a garage a few blocks down the road. Street parking is also metered. ”
