“It took 45 minutes to wait for the shuttle bus. There is no free water battle in the room. ”

“I really liked the location of this hotel, right by the train and University. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not very comfortable, and the door to my room rattled when anyone else nearby shut their door. But I wasn’t in the room much, so it really didn’t bother me a lot.”

“This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, best customer service ever, great breakfast, great location, best bedroom, convenient parking if you are going to Target Center or Target Field, you don't need to walk on downtown streets to get around these facilities so you always feel safe. The guys at the reception gave us the best VIP treatment we have ever received, my daughter didn't want to leave the hotel because she was never spoiled like she was at this hotel, we'll definetly……

“The location was perfect, family trip to mall of America, parked and never needed to get back in the car, short walk to and from the mall. The staff was great, hotel in general was great. Breakfast is just par, nothing to write home about, and the bathrooms in the rooms were a little shabby. but the room itself was spacious and well cleaned. ”

“I stayed there to be close to the Convention Center and access through the skyways and they lock the skyways at 6 pm. This was not ideal when it was pouring rain and dressed up. ”

“This is a beautiful hotel. The room is big. Staff are great. The chlorine was extremely strong in the pool room. We couldn't go in there due to allergies because the smell was so strong.”

“Stay was great. Checkin went smooth, am front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms are smaller then they appear online. But still nice. Pm front desk not so friendly. The Pull out only comes with one pillow, called front desk and asked for another and when i said ok great, thank you! the lady just hung up on me.”

“Wonderful three night stay. We interacted with multiple staff who were friendly and helpful. We had touring bicycles along and were given a safe place to store our bicycles in the hotel. Staff were never rushed and helped us with multiple questions as we sorted out our departure on a bicycle tour. Our room was beautiful as is the large lobby of the hotel. Location in downtown Minneapolis is great for walking, cycling, and public transit. ”
