“Generally very rude staff. I requested a baby cot (per their hotel description I could request one when I make a booking, and it was not a last minute booking), but the guy told me because we arrived late (11pm), they will not provide that for us. What kind of logic is that? Especially this is an airport hotel, you would have expected your guests to arrive any hour of the day and be a bit more accommodating. “They name the hotel as an airport hotel but it is actually far from the airport. It is just like a cargo hotel in the middle of highway... They claim on their website that they provide airport shuttle to and from airport. Turns out there is only hotel to airport service and costs you €15.5 which is more expensive than uber. The environment near hotel is very creepy. No restaurants nearby. If u stay in this hotel, prepare for reli expensive taxi fares and not going out at all times.”

“Hatte ein Zimmer mit Kitchenette im Erdgeschoss. Zimmer neu, sehr stilgerecht eingerichtet, da Erdgeschoss direkt Zugang zum schönen Garten (Innenlage) Minuspunkte: Da direkt an den Schienen - ist der Garten sehr laut wenn die S Bahn vorbeifährt, also alle 10-15 Minuten - ZIMMER absolut ruhig, Zug hört man gar nicht Kücheneinrichtung sehr schlecht: von allem genau 2 (Teller, Gläser, Gabeln, etc) Zwar Kochfeld vorhanden, aber weder Töpfe, noch Pfannen oä. “地點超棒，不是從火車站主出口的方向而是從反方向有漢堡王方向的出口走出去，過個馬路就到飯店。 兩人房空間足夠把兩個大行李箱打開，也有簡單衣櫃可以吊掛，比以前住過的Ibis空間大，從機場過來搭直達車也是20分鐘內抵達，交通便利自是不一話下 衛浴也不顯擠，櫃台也非常有禮，帶老人家來真的非常合適，不用拖行李走遠”

“印象最深刻的是早餐有鬆餅機與切好的水果；首先，check in櫃台位於一段台階上，但是有電梯，所以若行李真的重，可以往上坐一層，接待人員英文OK。然後房間門是插卡式，但電燈不是，入口、床區域與衛浴各一，衛浴的通常在浴巾後面。插座偏少，尤其床邊沒有插座，但網路很好。整體來說就是一間商務旅館的感覺，離地鐵站近，附近有BILLA，但早上7,8點開，晚上5,6點就關了，算是可接受的住宿點。最後電梯有兩台，但只有一台到台階下，而且不能選擇哪一台，所以就看運氣吧”

“the room is in good location, it will be a little bit noisy when the tram passes by, but overall it's clean and comfortable. there is basically no amenities kit provided. we borrowed a kettle from the front desk, but it is really dirty and we didn't use it at last. on the day of check out, the housekeeper bump into our room at around 9 am, we were still in bed and was shocked about that. the housekeeper should have known that the room is checking out on that day and should be coming in to……

“Great experience! Hotel clerks were all passionate and kind. The room was comfortable and there’s a good stereo you could connect with your device through the Bluetooth! They even provide a free sauna room! Also you could take the tram2 just in front of the hotel to enter the city in a fast way;) ”
