“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”

“Comfortable and spacious room, good location Cleanliness can be improved, washbasin drained slowly. Saw some debris on edge of cupboard, and hair of previous occupier. The fan next to the window was noisy though I managed to sleep still”

“My 2nd stay at this property and it was as good as the first time. A special mention for Lorenzo who was in charge of Breakfast at Flite restaurant who was just absolutely fantastic and treated me with exceptional service the 4 days I was there. He definitely needs a promotion!”

“The hotel is very nice. And room was excellent. People working there were super nice. I travel through Chicago a lot. I am glad that I discovered this place. As long as they keep their prices reasonable, I am planning to go back there. The only problem was the distance between the elevators and the rooms. Too much struggle to push suitcases on a carpet in extremely long hallways. Location of the elevators should be indicated with better signs. ”

“I stayed here for 8 days. Interruption of water supplies caused me to change rooms abruptly. At first I don't understand from the front desk and just hope they can resume water supplies on next day; but the front desk is a bit impolite and said: "you are not listening to me, I said... blah blah blah." I just expected Holiday Inn's brand has courtesy and helpful service but it is not. Compared with my last stay in Hotel Garden Inn by Hilton, it was much better. Luckily the breakfast is just 10……
