“It appears that the HVAC units require an upgrade. Our 1st room had a broken central unit. Our 2nd room had a wall unit in the bedroom which couldn’t accommodate the living room.”

“Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. ”

“The staff were very helpful and our room was cleaned as we were told(every other day). The view from the 27th floor was amazing. Location was great!! The only complaint I have is the bed was really uncomfortable. ”
