“退房時要求再支付總共40歐元的稅，我預訂時已繳付了稅項，但酒店説不夠。最終又再支付了總共40歐元（共5晚）的稅。 這點事先一直聼說過，讓人非常不爽”

“We love this hotel! Super close to everything! Staff were always so nice, they are like family ! Rooms are clean and roomy. Breakfast was great! Very yummy with a lot of options! Elevator was always a plus since I can’t walk much. If I ever go back to Rome I’ll love to stay there again!! ”

“L'hôtel est très bien placé, accessible rapidement à tout les lieux touristiques. Tout était parfait sauf quelques détails : - le menage n'était pas effectué tout les jours. J'imagine que cela est dû à un oubli. - l'isolation n'est pas très bien. On entendait notre voisin de chambre faire pipi debout et tirer la chasse d'eau. Très désagréable. Sinon, quelques points positifs: - lieu idéal - métro à proximité - hôtel propre - les personnes à la réception sont très serviables - le petit……

“You never know what to expect when visiting somewhere new but we were extremely pleased with our stay at boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions. No issues with finding the hotel and location was very convenient for getting around either by bus or taxi. Walking is an option too if you're comfortable walking 20-30 mins to places like the pantheon/trevi fountain. Vatican is just down the street. Rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked with new towels. The only thing……

“Hotel is convenient as to is very close to Vatican and other attractions. Hotel is historic structure built in the 1500s. It was refurbished appt 1970 and has all the modern features a traveler would want. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Lots of restaurants are close by. Would stay there again.”
