“飯店離車站很outlet都算近，是要去outlet的住宿好選擇，飯店蠻新的，只是checkin後發現還有上位房客使用過的咖啡杯沒有更換清洗，和隔壁的聯通房門沒有鎖上，不過告知後飯店有馬上處理了，並且優惠10歐以示歉意，其他方面飯店部分都很不錯！”

“Had an issue with my room where the air con had a slow drip. Spoke to the receptionist, who advised the maintenance was not available so if I wanted to change the room. Was happy to do so and actually gave me a better room than I had. Great customer service! The original room did look a bit run down whereas the new room looked new and well kitted out.”

“I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! ”

“Schwierig da wir nicht an einem normalen Tag kamen.Mit einem Club mit 100 Leuten, mit technischem Computerproblem……das Personal war überfordert aber es hat geklappt und der Chef war zum Glück da und gab klare Ansagen.Wuerde trotz alles normal testen”
