"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"Property is a bit outdated (we stayed in the older wing) with lots of furniture that is getting old. However, beds were good, with nice sheets and pillows. Room was large for the money, and hotel has nice gym and swimming pool. So overall a nice place to stay that is a bit quieter than most given it is 700m back from Sukhumvit."

"The bed sheets were clean and good quality. When I checked into the hotel (late check-in), I was given an upgraded room, as there were many guests. The hotel is near the National Stadium, BTS station, and the shopping mall."

"It is a new hotel so rooms and facilities are in very good condition. Roof top bar offered great views of the city and served amazing margaritas. General service was impeccable and location of the hotel is excellent being connected to Asok BTS station and across from terminal 21 and close to many great eating spots. Highly recommended and will stay here again. "
