“Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful. And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So……

“Although not much attractive options at the immediate surroundings, the hotel itself is worth staying at. The location is also quite convenient for grab users at it sits between harbour bay terminal and Nagoya hill mall. For breakfast, I would recommend the local options just outside the hotel to support the locals.”

“Beautiful resort with fantastic view of sea and beach. The service was great and all staff served with big smile and friendly attitude. The dinner and breakfast buffet were great, but the price is little bit expensive. The room was clean and you can keep yourself online with strong wifi coverage everywhere in the resort.”
