“The restaurant broadway was an excellent dining option. Free entertainment options. $40 daily dining option. Friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable bed. Con- could not get an itemized receipt for check out not even digitally to see all charges made to the room. ”

“The housing keeping staff are warm. However, the staff at the reception counter and the bell boys during check-in and during our stay were not warm and not friendly, not feeling a sense of guests. Same comment on the female staff of the Early Edition Espresso Bar (Men staff are warm). Besides, my daughter needs to use crutches to walk but no staff helped open the heavy entrance glass door for her when she entered and left the hotel during our 7-day stay. Unlike our stay in other……
