“Staff are super friendly! The pool was great and had really comfy lounge chairs. The entire hotel is very well kept, we will definitely return. ”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“The staff was lovely and the text line was very helpful when ordering food/asking questions about the fees & such. Area was great besides a few sketchy moments, but didn’t feel unsafe to an extreme point! Overall such a lovely stay, and the balconies on the top floor were amazing with breathtaking views! ”

“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……
