We had one altercation with a food service staff member. This was addressed and made abundantly clear this was not her first offense. It was a shorter woman with a bob haircut. Never got her name. "Super cool hotel with spacious rooms and amazing sheets. Huge bathroom with rain shower and really nice staff. Rooftop is gorgeous with a great restaurant. I borrowed their Brompton folding bicycle and rode around downtown, highly recommend!"
