“Loved the decor and cute touches. Housekeeping was exceptional every day of our stay. Food was very good, but drinks were outrageously expensive. My review would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the snippiness of 2 bar staff when I questioned mistakes on my bill. The mistakes were corrected but it doesn’t make up for the rude reactions when I politely questioned the errors.”

“For the price they charge me, this place is not worthing living at all. The first night I was put in a room where I can hear the noise on the st all night long. And around five am during my first night, I was woke up by the sound of the alarm. And again, at 6 am or so. The nest day they put me in another room, where honestly, is a lot quieter. Then again, everything else is very much way below expectation. Their bed is very uncomfortable, not just the mattress but also the sheets. Their house……

“I loved this place. I travel a lot and stay in various hotels and this one was definitely amongst my favorites. it’s quiet and clean and that’s all that matters. They have beautiful art all around the building and in the rooms too. I will stay here again if I visit DC. ”

“It would be better to specify (preferable in written) and inform the guest about the US$25 per day mandatory charge for hotel expenditure. Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.”
