"Always wanted to stay close to Universal Studios and Saw that the Sheraton is one of the hotels. We decided to stay there. Front desk staff was friendly and so was the bell hop guy who helped with our luggage. Our room was in good condition. You can tell it need some TLC but overall the room was great. View was nothing great to look at since it looked over the Valet parking but since we were only staying one night, it didn't matter. The bed was so comfortable that I slept well and thr bathroom...

"Hotel itself is nice~ a little bit aged but staffs are super friendly and I love the pool on roof top! The only thing is location… DTLA is not very safe so there are a lot of weird people walking around… would not recommend to talk outside during night time."
