“I have reserved a room with private bathroom...It is supposed that it is an ensuite bathroom. Finally, it found that the toilet is in the room, but the bathroom is opened for public. It is a little shock. Luckily, the nice staff was willing to upgrade our room to REAL ensuite bathroom...”

“We loved our stay at Ashburn House! The B&B is lovely inside and out, with tasteful and lovingly executed finishings, and really beautiful gardens. The bed was VERY comfortable and the breakfasts were wonderful. The best pastries and fresh fruit I have had in a long time and a terrific coffee maker ;-). The location is also perfect; easy walking to downtown but a few blocks way so you don’t get the crowd noise. The proprietor is so warm and friendly, we felt like we were visiting friends. ……

The staff working here are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with amenities. The breakfast offers some good options including fresh fruits and Greek yogurt. They also offer laundry service which we took an advantage of. It was very nice to see the folded warm laundry delivered into our room after a day of mountain……

“Our host Michael was charming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodationn was fantastic with spectular views over the loch. The room was big, as was the onsuite, and there were great touches e.g. a cafetiere with coffee, supplied free, each morning. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked abd yummy. We will definitley saty again.”
