“It would have been nice to have had some emenities like shampoo and telephone, but overall it was a really great room and wonderfully located! We got into Inverness on the overnight train, but they wouldn't stow our luggage. That wasn't great. But they did try to accommodate us the best that they could... Still there should be a place that they can store your luggage for you (that isn't the sitting room). They have enough space to do this. ”

“We had problems with the air conditioning and they couldn’t fix it for a couple of days, we had to move to another room later in the evening the next day and then the next room had a leaky shower, the bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good, parking was close but not included. The bar staff were super helpful and kind ”

“Rooms were well appointed and surprisingly comfortable. Lobby area looks small and rather on the 3* side. No parking at the hotel possible and street rules were very confusing. Front desk weren't very helpfull in understanding the rules. Would come back if its cheap and my go to hotel in INV is full. ”

“地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住”

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”

“For the price, you are paying for the amazing loch views, and quiet serenity. Staff was very nice and helpful, food was great. However the owners need to update the rooms at this price point. I don’t mind experiencing the old charm of Scotland but not if it’s 1985 charm. Bathroom needs updating, even a curved shower curtain would go a long way. Wooden Floors are extremely creaky. Very hard to be quiet. Especially if you come in past midnight when all the doors are locked shut. Overall a great……

“We had a great time in Inverness, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and we had great communication with the owner who gave us advice on the route to drive to Aberdeen and to visit the Balmoral Castle. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit Inverness.”

“Nice B and B in Inverness. Fraser was helpful and professional. Place was great. We traveled without a car and the place is a 15- 20 min walk from city center and train station. It is a pleasant walk across the Ness river. Just be aware of check in and check out times as it is a small B and B and not a hotel. We are giving the stay a five star review and highly recommend it! We do have some suggestions : We found the room a bit chilly . The windows were east facing in our room . The very early……

“This is a beautiful setting by the sea with idyllic walking in the area. The host greets you at the door and provides a thorough review of all the small things you usually have to ask about. A very comfortable lounge. I was able to open my window and listen to the songbirds greeting the day.”
