“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……

“We had a pleasant stay in hotel however the extra charges and receipt are quite confusing. The food from hotel restaurant is expensive, you will be added taxes and sevice charges. Wifi did not seem to work well either for us. ”
