“First off, they cannot find the booking we made and already paid via hotels.com. While I will not be quick to blame them for the missing booking (could possibly be hotels.com’s fault as well), I resent the way they manage it. They said the booking was canceled and asked us to rebook and line up again afterwards. Please note we have printed confirmation of the booking while they are unable to show any evidence of cancellation! Never mind extending assistance during our predicament. Room: Room is……

“Arrived earlier than standard check in time, room not available yet. Returned later and took quite some time to get my room card. Fitness center was a bit smaller than what I expected but in perfect condition. TV had a minor issue twice during my stay. Staff helped promptly. ”

“A very nice and modern hotel. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. High quality bedding and fixtures. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also close to the airport - less than 10 minutes drive in off peak hours and less than 30 minutes drive in peak hour. This is incredible given the extremely congested roads in Manila!”
