“I enjoyed my time at the Riu montego bay. Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. Food was sort of a mixed bag. Pepe food the jerk hut near the pool was amazing but the line was an hr long. Restaurants were impossible to get reservations and the reservation app is not user friendly. We did manage to get 1 reservation during our stay it was at the Italian restaurant and i was less than impressed. The food was salty and tasteless. The buffets had a lot of options but not many traditional jamaican……

“I went for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it especially the lazy river. The only downside to my stay was the attitude I received from the housekeeping staff and 1 server in particular for breakfast. They tend to be warmer towards certain guests. Front desk agent Rochelle was absolutely helpful and sweet at all times”

“Small all inclusive boutique hotel resort with a friendly helpful staff, delicious food, modern decor and access to Doctors Cave Beach, you can take a short walk down the beach to Starbucks if you like! Daily activities avail as well as nightly live music to end the night and drinks are strong.Its a great location for rest and relaxation and I forgot to mention the spa is great too!”

“I had a very nice stay at the Riu Palace. The resort was very well kept. Staff very accommodating and nice. I enjoyed the buffet more than the restaurants. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Me and my boyfriend had a great time. No water pressure issues or ac issues like some of the bad reviews on Google say. The rooms are a little small but good enough for two people. We got an ocean view room and it was beautiful. The food at the buffet was good. We didn’t go to any of the restaurants. The jerk hut was good and convenient as well. Lazy River and slides were a blast. It’s adults only but you will see some kids in the buffets but not in the adult only pool. They could use more……

“I usually enjoy my stay at Bahia but this trip I was disappointed . I went with my mom and my sons. One day we leave the hotel to visit family and my son forgot his wallet in his room. When we returned to the hotel the son got alert from his bank that fraudulent charges were made on his card. One of the hotel staff apparently stole my son’s card information and used it . He reported it security, they have him wrote a statement and told him to report it to the local police department . They also……

“Nice property but some wear and tear. We were in the sentry building which was the newest building and there was issues with the tub being chipped and painting discoloration. The sliding door was super hard to close and created a whistling sound. While there the AC went out in our room and when asked to be fixed maintenance came in and said give it 30 mins to an hour. It never cooled down and the AC never came up even after being asked to switch rooms. The staff was pleasant upon arrival and……

“This property was beautiful, and peaceful. I was only able to stay for a few days but I was still able to experience how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. The food was also amazing, one of the best that I experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everything was flavorful, which is exactly how I like it. The resort had amazing bartenders as well. When I come back to Jamaica I promise to stay at this resort again. My friend and I had an amazing time.”

“This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. ”
