“First time staying here. Very upscale and clean. Rooms were gorgeous & large. Beds VERY comfy which is rare for hotels. Fridge cold upon arrival. Made another reserv for weeks ahead but would stay somewhere else if something was available. Beautiful pool, very warm and clean, but the jaccuzi was lukewarm and same temp as the pool. it should have been at least 100 degrees. Alex the front desk person on checking out was clueless about how to ring up items to purchase from little store in lobby……
